Date announcement

Dear Creative Community,
We have an important update regarding the Creative Summit Saudi Creativity Festival 2025. After careful consideration and in light of some unexpected challenges, we have made the bold decision to reschedule the Saudi Creativity Festival to early Fall 2025. This means our much-anticipated gathering at JAX District, Riyadh – originally planned for May 3–5 – will take place a few months later, with new dates to be announced very soon.

Why the change?

We’re committed to delivering nothing less than an extraordinary experience for everyone involved. Recent developments presented obstacles that would have limited the festival’s potential. Rather than press on and risk an event that isn’t up to our standards (or yours), we decided to pause, recalibrate, and come back stronger. In short: we’re taking this time to make Creative Summit 2025 even better.

What does this mean for you?

If you’ve already secured your pass at the Festival, rest assured, those are 100% valid for the new dates. You don’t need to do a thing – your pass to creativity is safe and will automatically roll over to the rescheduled event. In fact, you’ve now gained a front-row seat to the biggest gathering of marketing, advertising, and creative industry professionals in the Kingdom. The only difference? It will be richer and more exciting.

What if the new dates don’t work for you?

We understand that new dates might not work for everyone. As a special thank-you for your early support, we’re offering current pass-holders the option of a full refund if you cannot join us in the fall. It’s normally our policy not to do refunds, but these circumstances are unique, and our top priority is to do right by our community. If you need this option, we completely understand – please reach out to us at registration@creativeindmena.com and we’ll take care of it. Of course, we truly hope to see you at JAX District this fall, and we promise it will be worth the wait.

What’s next?

Behind the scenes, our team is already working with everyone involved on locking in the exact dates and adding even more features to the festival. (Spoiler alert: the extra time is letting us curate some amazing new content, workshops, masterclasses, and speakers – we can’t wait to tell you more.) 

We’ll announce the new dates and all the cool additions very shortly. Until then, we’ll be keeping our creative vibes going online, so, please do join us!
